Operating Rule for the Members' Activity

　비정규직 없는 서울대 만들기 공동행동(이하 비서공)은 노동자와 학생이 연대활동을 하는 기구로서 비서공의 구성원 모두는 아래의 활동세칙을 준수해야 한다.　The Affinity Group for the Abolition of Precarious Work in Seoul National University (hereinafter referred to as Biseogong) is an organization in which workers and students engage in solidarity activities; all members of Biseogong shall adhere to the following operating rules.

비서공의 모든 구성원은 서로를 존엄한 인격체로 대하고 존중하는 자세를 가져야 한다. 나이, 학번, 소속단체, 지위 등 구성원의 다양한 특성에 의해 형성될 수 있는 권력관계에서 벗어나, 평등한 공동체 문화 형성을 위해 노력한다.All members of Biseogong shall treat one another with dignity and respect as human beings. Members shall strive to foster an egalitarian community culture, free from any power dynamics that may arise from diverse individual characteristics, such as age, entry year, affiliated organization, or status.
지금 여기 서울대학교에서 학생과 노동자가 구성원의 권리보다 수익을 중시하는 공통의 구조에 의해 권익을 침해당하고 있음을 기억한다.We shall remember that, in the now-time and now-here of Seoul National University, both students and workers are facing infringements on their rights and interests by a common structure that prioritizes profit over the rights of campus members.
우리는 ‘학내 구성원들의 정당한 권리가 보장되는 학교’라는 같은 꿈을 꾸는 사람들이다. 서로를 시혜적 관점이 아닌 ‘동지’로 바라보도록 노력한다.We are those who share the same dream of ‘a university where the legitimate rights of all campus members are guaranteed’. We shall strive to view one another not from a patronizing perspective, but as ‘comrades’.
서로의 외모에 대한 평가 발언은, 그 내용이 칭찬이라고 하더라도 듣는 이를 대상화하고 소외감을 줄 수 있으니 자제한다.We shall refrain from making evaluative remarks about each other's appearance, as such comments — even when intended as compliments — can objectify the recipient and induce a sense of alienation.
구성원 개개인은 성 고정관념에 의해 규정될 수 없는 다양한 존재이므로 성별에 대한 사회적 편견이 담긴 발언을 자제하고, 모든 성적 지향을 그 자체로 존중한다.Recognizing that each individual is a diverse being who cannot be defined by sexual stereotypes, we shall refrain from making remarks that contain social prejudices, and shall respect all sexual orientations as they are.
구성원들은 서로의 성적 자기결정권을 존중함에 따라, 성적 대상화와 상호 동의 없는 성적 접촉이나 성적 행위, 성적 발화 및 대화가 이루어지지 않도록 항상 경계한다. 성폭력 사건의 해결 절차에 관해서는 관악 사회대 반성폭력 학생회칙을 준용한다.In accordance with mutual respect for one another's sexual autonomy, fellow members shall remain constantly vigilant to prevent sexual objectification, non-consensual sexual contact or acts, and sexual remarks or conversations. Regarding the procedures for resolving incidents of sexual violence, the SNU College of Social Sciences Student Council Bylaw for the Resolution of Sexual Violence Cases and the Eradication of Sexual Violence shall be applied.
비서공은 학교라는 사회에서 상대적으로 소외된 두 주체가 연대한 기구이다. 따라서 비서공의 구성원은 사회적 소수자에 대해 동질감을 가지고 존중해야 한다. 성별, 국적, 인종, 장애, 출신 지역과 학교, 연령, 종교, 임신과 출산, 정치적 의견, 성적 지향 및 성별 정체성, 사회 경제적 배경 등을 이유로 정상/비정상 이분법 아래 공동체 속에서 구성원들이 사회 구조적 차별을 받지 않도록 주의한다.Biseogong is an organization formed through the solidarity of two subjects who are relatively marginalized within the campus society. Therefore, members of Biseogong shall possess a sense of solidarity with and respect social minorities. Care shall be taken to ensure that members do not face socio-structural discrimination within the community under the binary of normal versus abnormal based on gender, nationality, race, disability, regional or institutional background of origin, age, religion, pregnancy and childbirth, political opinion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or socio-economic background.
모든 구성원들이 일상 속에서 자신의 특성과 주체적 선택에 따를 수 있는 공동체 문화를 지향한다. 특히 공동체로 만나는 자리에서 개인의 신념이나 건강상의 이유 등에 따른 구성원들의 식단 선택권이 보장될 수 있도록 유의한다.We aim for a community culture where all members can act in accordance with their own characteristics and autonomous choices in daily life. In particular, care shall be taken to ensure that members' right to dietary choice based on personal beliefs, health reasons, or other individual factors is fully guaranteed during community gatherings.
서로의 의견을 언제나 귀 기울여 듣고, 논의과정에서 의견을 적극적으로 제시하고, 합리적이고 민주적으로 토론하는 문화를 만들 수 있도록 노력한다.We shall always listen attentively to one another's opinions, actively present their views during discussion processes, and strive to cultivate a culture of rational and democratic debate.
자신이 할 수 있는 선에서 최대한 열심히 비서공 활동에 참여할 수 있도록 다 같이 노력한다.We shall collectively strive to ensure that everyone can actively participate in Biseogong’s activities to the best of their respective abilities.

우리는 차별과 혐오 없는 평등한 공동체를 이루기 위하여 아래와 같이 약속합니다.We pledge the following to achieve an equal community free from discrimination and hatred:
나이, 성별, 외모, 출신지, 장애, 성지향성, 신념, 식단, 친밀도에 관계 없이 모든 사람을 존엄한 인격체로서 존중합시다.Let us respect every individual as a dignified human being, regardless of age, gender, appearance, place of origin, disability, sexual orientation, beliefs, diet, or level of intimacy.
특정 범주나 대상에 대한 차별, 혐오발언 및 편견이 담긴 발언을 하지 않도록 주의합시다.Let us be mindful to refrain from any discrimination, hate speech, or remarks carried with prejudice against specific categories or groups.
구성원 개개인의 성적 자기결정권을 존중하며, 동의 없는 신체 접촉, 성적 발화가 일어나지 않도록 경계합시다.Let us respect each member's right to sexual autonomy, and remain vigilant against any unconsented physical contact or sexual remarks.
각자의 여건에 따라 자유롭게 활동에 참여하며, 타인의 의견을 경청하고 적극적으로 논의에 참여하여 민주적인 공동체를 만들어갑시다.Let us build a democratic community where everyone participates freely according to their own circumstances, listens attentively to others, and actively engages in discussions.
